You're probably right and its sad to admit but to some people narcotics and prostitutes are more sought after 'achievements' than high professional accolades.

When Solis arrived in Hamburg with Ahmad Oner in 2007/2008 it didn't take Solis 10 weeks to get himself printed in local tabloids with photos of him in his gold color Hummer truck, massive gold chain and getting photographed with strippers sipping champagne. His manager Ahmad Oner destroyed this guy by giving him access to all this way too early.

 

Ahmed Oner story with Solis is a good lesson for any manager, he probably will not want to discuss/think about the financial loss, plus the discouraging effect of having high expectations in his investment :think
