Not familiar with them but I think they want more experience before turning pro. Most Russian fighters turn pro after 27 or even later.
Former fighter of WSB Petr Khamukov has turned pro. I consider him as a good addition to pro ranks. He made his debut late last year and has 2 wins under his belt after turning pro late last year.
