Has there ever been any Amateurs that were the best in their weight class and were/went onto be legendary, that you fancied beating a Pro in the same weightless that was/went onto be legendary had they met in the ring? (Ie: Stevenson/Ali, is a great example).
Steward said somewhere that he wasnt that impressed with Stevenson and other carreer amateurs, because they were grown men competing with young inexperienced boys. I tend to agree with that.
