Amazing how well Pacquiao is still competing at this age

You would think that a fighter with his style that’s reliant on his speed, aggression, and offensive output would no longer be able to compete at the age of 40. Especially after a few setbacks with losses but still come back again as champion. Says a lot about his greatness. I do wish he can hang them up, but it’s still mesmerizing to see him be able to fight this well given his age and decline. 2 more fights at least and call it a career.

I’m amazed how a 40 year old senator can still look this good. Who knows, it’s possible that he can beat the top WW champs. Although that would be a very tall order, wouldn’t surprise me if he pulls that off. Pac really does remind me of the great Roberto Duran.

Pacquiao can beat Spence, Loma, Mikey.

He will have trouble with Thurman and Crawford.

I know why Mikey picked Spence, because he can be easily countered. Thurman has much better movement .

Put it down to Asian Genes, I'm 46, half Asian and can still keep up with 20 somethings, but maybe it's just the laziness of the generation or maybe both

He's clearly passed his best and let's be serious he was only fighting Broner who's lost every time he's fought anyone decent.

But Pac has kept himself in good shape throughout his career, never had weight issues, hasn't drained himself to make weight for years like most fighters and at his peak his was a marvel so even 60-70% Pac is a world class fighter.

Duran wasn't as professional as Pac but even he competed well into his late 30's, beating Barkely at 37. Sometimes a fighter is so great even when they decline and lose much of what made them so great, what is left is still better than 95% of what is out there.

that holds true with us plow horses, pac is a thoroughbred pacing prime thoroughbreds, when he should already be retired to stud.

He might be juicing to have this kind of longevity.

Pac increased his skills, but decreased his output and aggression.

Don’t think the top welters want to fight him anyway. What is there to be gained from it?
