After a quick search on the t'interweb I found out the following; He was promoter/agent to Nigel Benn, Linford Christie, John Barnes, John Fashanu and Paul Ince among others. He was sentenced to prison a number of times from 1991 to 2002 all for fraud related charges. As of 2007 he is supposed to be acting as a consultant to Dennis Hobson.
