Before you can fight in the World Champs in the amateurs you first have to get into the national team and then represent them. It's very hard to make it in Ireland. And btw, the World Champs are only held every second year. In September it happens in Milan, Italy. Then, in 2011, it's held in Busan, South Korea. What would be more likely for you are the Junior World Championships, which are held each year.
