His chin will not hold up well at the Heavyweight level, a guy with good power and decent skills and chin will beat him down pretty easily IMO.

hell no! haye is to fast and quick for the heavy weight division, his agility will out work any boxer n damn you seen the accuracy of those punchs, he will outwork many boxers especially at heavy weight

Yes, his skills are amazing, but his defense sucks and his chin is weak. He really needs a Manny Steward in his corner, he would work well with him I think. I think he could either be the the next Wlad or the next Fraudley Harrison.

he's a solid fighter, but at the heavyweight he doesn't have the chin coupled with the flaw of carrying his left low spells a return to cruiserweight.

David Haye will probably pick up a belt at heavyweight, but I have a feeling his punch resistance will be his downfall. Sure moving up will make him stronger and will, in turn, improve his general punch resistance. But at the same time, the guys hitting him will have much more power. He needs to improve his defense too.

Haye has no defense what so ever, Wlad knocks him out inside seven rounds.

wlad has the quickest hands at hw. tommy brooks who worked w/both wlad and tyson said they were near equal. where does this **** come from that he is slow. maybe a bit stiff or unrelaxed but his foot movment is great for someone 6-7. the only problem is his egg chin :yep

right now, haye is a very good cruiser and a top hw prospect. no more, no less

Pretty good post, you must remember Tommy Brooks worked with Tyson when he got out of jail and when he was in his 30s, obviously not prime. A prime Tyson's speed makes Wlads hand speed look like nothing, I think even you know that.:yep

keep in mind, wlad is 6-7 and tyson was 5-10. usually big men like him are extremely clumsy. considering this, his handspeed and athleticism are even more impressive. he fires his 1-2 much faster than lennox could ever do. too bad he has a paper mache chin though :-(

This is true, but Tyson body type was never built for speed, especially for someone 5'10 and a half 217, he had a stocky built. Im surprised your knocking your favorite fighter like that saying he got a paper mache chin, do mean it or are you just saying it sarcastically? You already know what I think.:yep

Haye looks to have the edge on most of the guys I have seen of late currently operating in the HW division. He has got some biiig shots which will ko most. I think Vlad is the only one presently who would beat Haye so I don't quite think he will be owning the division.
Povetkin is looking like he could develop into someone very exciting to watch over the next few years also. I'm looking forward to his fight with Chambers.

    :good
