I'm cool with Joe retirinig undefeated. He's a great boxer and great champion. With that said even if he defeats Roy, which I dont' think will happen for some reason, he'll still have a semi-good record compared to his GREAT talent and skills.....Beating Bhop was good, but he was not in his prime, Eubanks was probably his bigest win even though Eubanks was on his way out as well....Joe was still green yet he beat the old vet convingingly. Point is Joe never lived up to his potential...he protected a nice glossy "0" for much of his career...and fighting Roy Jones Jr this late in the game only further cements this fact.....With that said...I still think we'll see Roy turn back the hands of time like Bhop did on Satruday to set up the rematch of the last 25 yrs! Bhop vs Roy Jones Jr anyone??:hey

No offence mate but comparing Brewer to Nard takes the prize for dumbest comment thus far on this thread.

Because I have to reply with the same facts everytime some chubby guy from America waffles the same transparent Calzaghe anecdotes? my response is in about 20 other threads, as he is a reg under a new persona, I am sure he knows my reply.

Are you going to cry? or reassure this new persona in an effort to gain a footing in here?

    All very tedious.

Thats because you've always got your heads so far up your own arses and cant stand the fact that Calzaghe decided to cross the pond when it was right for him. When Calzaghe retires name one American at any weight who is likely to even touch his record. For such a big nation you have'nt even gotta handfull of hot talent coming outta there. Its also relying on a British cruiserweight to take the heavyweight division by storm. So come on, who the **** HAVE you got! Such a bitter pill to swallow ey?

I think Joe's best win was over Kessler. Eubank was a good one though, because of the name. Hopkins was a good win, Byron Mitchell was a good win, Lacy win was decent as were his wins over Veit, Brewer and Robin Reid. Add to that a 'W' over Roy Jones and Joe has a pretty good resume. Despite what the haters say.

Well 100% Welsh is a bit of a stretch, considering you acknowledged his Italian roots in there too....

Not that I care where he is from, he is a great exciting fighter :)

Its all to do with the respective opposition, and that speaks volumes. Joe had been eating Svens leftovers again.
