American Boxing/fight fans a DISGRACE!

    American Boxing/fight fans are a DISGRACE!

    They were booing all the way through Johnson V Dawson and then booed the house down at the introduction of UK's Clinton woods, whilst we were waving the flag. They then booed at frequent occasions throughout the fight. It wasn't even the worst of fights!

    Both fights were OK boxing matches, nothing out the ordinary but there were plenty of skills on display.

    To think Brit fans got so much stick for booing a national anthem, and had to apologize. Apologized to a load of idiots who behave like this. What a Butch of morons a lot of American boxing fans really are.

    If they were real dire fights then I can kind of understand it, but they weren't! Nothing great but...

    Booing a national anthem is one thing, but booing two men fighting for their lives; now that is LOW!

    Most of the people who were in attendance probably aren't even boxing fans. Just people who wanted to go to an event. Don't take it so personal.

    Booing fighters is different than booing at a national anthem. A fighter is one person, whereas a national anthem represents the entire nation.

    I don't really care though.

    The fights were in Florida.

    They booed Dawson because Johnson is based out of Miami...and they booed Woods because they were basically fighting next door to Tarver's house.

    Give me a ****in break....:patsch

    If you think Mexico would of treated the fighters any better think again. they would of got boo'ed in an uglier fashion.

    Yeah good point.

    Also I'm sure they were booing at the end due to that strange decision giving Dawson the win by a margin.

    Come on. They also booed the fights themselves whenever any (gasp!) movement was used. I thought it was pretty sad that what the seemed to want was a toughman contest with some of the most skilled fighters in the world in front of them. I could give a **** about booing any national anthem, but I always criticize the horrible idiot UFC fans that boo throughout and the fans in Florida last night get the same treatment.
