    I have heard that he is civic minded, is against drug use and is concerned about its influence on kids and poor neighborhoods.

    He is a banger and probably would be considered a threat in any fight.

    Every body can be seen as a banger if he fights cans after cans. Did he stop any guy who was not a can and was not stopped before?

    What part of boxing promotion & behind-the-scenes manipulation don't you understand? I don't know anyting about Rodriguez specifically, but LOTS of great fighters never get a chance.
