I've only seen some clips of Hanks, its hard to form an opinion of him at the moment. I've seen his opponent Escalara a time or two and he's ok, nothing spetacular but he's not some guy off the street either. But, he is a cruiserweight and with him putting on 25 pounds for this fight than Hanks should have been able to beat him and he probably should have been able to stop him. Still, Escalara is acceptable for a guy with 16 fights and Hanks seemed to have beaten him comfortably, I'm looking foward to seeing Hanks take a step up and landing on tv.

No, I was talking about what I watched of Hanks on Youtube.

I give Longduck all the thanks and welcome in the world. But what I am saying is, when I have seen that Hanks does not punch his weight in the first place, I am not buying Escalera, a former cruiser who has been stopped at crusier, survived because his chin got better at heavy. Again, no offense to Longduck, but Hanks is just not a big puncher.

And again, there is no reason he can't improve. It seems to me that he is a guy who could get a lot better by improving his punchig technique, defense, footwork, movement, etc.

Hanks is mediocre at best. Andy Ruiz will beat him right now.

    :deal:thumbsup

Hehehe, yeah i know, i know. It was late at night and I was tired. :good

yeah buddy. Thats correct. We need to give the man some time. He can be World champion in one day. He has the right hight.

No Way that fat ass can beat joe Hanks. Andy Ruiz and Joe Hanks both havent proved anything.

Not sure if it is the IBA belt. Some website says it is a diffirent version of it.
