If Nigel Benn would take part in the tourney I'd probably rooting for him instead of AA.

I have to root for AA, because I follow him since his very first days as a professional boxer. The guy has big balls, personality. He has an iron will and a monster punch and I like that.

After seeing Abrahams performance against Taylor, I had a new found respect for him. I had him as a big under dog. I would like to see him win, race has nothing to do with it, not a damn thing. I like what I saw from Ward as well... I didn't think Ward could do that good against Kessler.

well as an american myself im of course rooting for ward or dirrell to win the tourney. but if abraham won i wouldn't have any problem with it, his KO power and inhuman toughness can make anyone of any nationality a fan of his.

 

I'm not rooting for Abe. I'd much rather see one of the American fighters win. Outside of the Americans, I like Froch the best anyway.

His last performance was straight up terrible, he was sloppy as hell with his combos and generally did little to nothing. I still like him in general, though.

I just hope the second round has entertaining fights, no matter who wins, because the first round fights were a major let down. Also no crooked decisions like Froch-Dirrell.

 

How do you know this? Even if that was true whats wrong with rooting for your race? If Pavlik was in it I would still be rooting for Abraham. Its always got to be about race. All white people in the USA are racist.

 

Adraham is not a very skilled boxer you have to admit, even though he does have some craftiness in his game.

I like Abraham. He's better technically then Froch and not as massively overrated as Kessler was.


However, he's going to lose to Dirrell. Ward and Dirrell are the best fighters in this tournament.
