First: Whether Haye is a real heavyweight or not, 99.999% of American's won't see the fight, as it's not broadcast on any network, and it's not PPV, or Internet PPV.

Second: Ruiz is 3-3 in his last fights, so who cares if Haye beats him. Haye is supposed to beat him.
