That's intense training. I can see the muscles getting worked...can see the punch power being created. I really like the medicine ball routine where Ariza throws it to Khan, Khan goes back-forth-back, then throws it back to ariza. That's got to tear up the core.
Khan's first circuit workout in this camp and Alex went hard, Khan is a beast, and is one the hardest trainers in the sport today, the kid puts the work in.
I am looking forward to the day when I can train fighters from a Strength & Conditioning standpoint. I see Ariza uses a lot of plyometrics in his training which is a must for boxing. I like the plank on the BOSU balancing a stick on a dumbbell:good I would love to challenge Ariza in putting together a strength & conditioning plan for a fighter in training camp, to see how I would measure against one of the best in the biz.
