    Knocked down another 5 times by domestic level fighters, much smaller than him and who had the reputation of having a low KO win %

    It kind of paints a picture does it now of a glass jaw☕🍸🍷

    What wiuld you expect a world level boxer to say in that situation?

    Pianeta said he was going to beat Klitschkp
    Briggs said he was going to KO Vitali
    Froch said he was going KO Ward.

    etc etc etc

    Seriously, what the **** do you expect him to say?

    The Khan hate on this site is possibly the most out of control Ive seen.

    Pineta and the shot version of Briggs that Vitali fought were not world level. Is this a joke. They weren't even Euro Level. They were sub level.

    Which proves my point even more.

    Where was therir hate?
    Nobody set up threads about them calling them delusional.

    Professional fighters ALWAYS, ill repeat ALWAYS say they can beat whoever they're asked about.

    You ask James Toney right now,what would happen against the Klitschkos and he'll say he'll beat them.

    Ive yet to hear a fighter say that he'd lose to a guy when asked about it, yet Khan who is world level is supposed to say...what exactly?

    "Lucas is a beast, Id get beaten"

    Did Guererro say that against Floyd?

    Did Froch say that against Ward?

    Did Hatton say that against Floyd?

    Did Bruno say that against Tyson?

    etc etc etc

    To the poster above;

    Solid point. A fighter acually never says that he's to good for me and so on. It's the fight game alot of bravado comes with it.

    LOOL small boy, you too untravelled and your family too poor for you to ever be an effective racist. Khan is ****stani, not Arab. Know the difference? About the same as white americans and germans, fool.

    I think this would be a great fight. Khan could absolutely win, and so could Mattyesse. Everyone hating on Khan is fine, but not respecting his boxing is just plain ignorant.

    My whole feelings on Khan are easily summed up ;
    Very exciting fighter with a big heart despite a weak as **** chin.
    Total ***** outside of the ring who is unable to engage his brain before speaking.

    But what has he done wrong here? Put himself forward to fight the guy who will become the most avoided guy around?
    Ain't no thang.Can't expect him to say,"With my chin,I'm best keeping away from him"

    I think it may have been in the below interview (or another I remember watching) where he said it:

    So, if he's being asked the question of fighting Matthysse, what the heck do you expect him to say - "Nah, I don't fancy my chances, he'll knock my head off"? Of course he's gonna' be of the opinion that he could have him. If he doesn't have faith in himself, then who will? And it's not like he's coming out on his own accord and saying he'll beat him. He's being asked the question. He has to answer it, surely?

    Yep. Agreed on the last part. And I think he's better than you seem to think he is though. Khan is real boxing talent; he is hugely talented. All the real boxing folk know tis (commentator's, trainers, peer fighters etc).

    Youre from the UK though I take it? Explain this to me...why is he viewed as so arrogant over there? He seems to be one of the least arrogant and down-to-earth boxers to me...What am i missing?
