it's more probable that he copied it from pac (since they're friends and sparring partners) than he copied it from other fighters or whoever patented that move.
I agree with this. Maidana managed to counter Khan beautifully at times, which really suprised me. (that being said I think Khan has an easier time with Maidana the second time around)
he keeps fighting like Pacquiao, not sure how much of that is roach and how much is sparring/emulation but he's not suited to it. He's much better fighting like he did against paulie
I thought the arms-lifting thing was used to remove tension in the shoulders when things are getting cagey and you get caught??? I'm pretty sure he did it in the Malignaggi fight when he was pretty much using just jabs and his shoulders looked static and stiff.
you still think cortez was helping Khan? considering Maidana was landing his bombs on the outside, not the inside (where Khan would clinch) wasnt Cortez helping Maidana by splitting them up?? each time Maidana came forward he would land and hurt Khan. NOT ON THE INSIDE, Khan would tangle him up any he couldnt land. cortez wasnt paid off, 99% of boxing isnt currupt, Khan won fairly. stop being a conspiracist.
You know, when Khan was discarded like a bag of dog **** in 30 seconds by novice Colombian boxer Breidis Prescott, a man plocked from obscurity to make Amir look good, I never thought Khan would have the confidence in the ring to emulate Manny Pacquiao's arm gestures. Credit to Khan for proving me wrong, he has come a long way.
