I agree with the posters who say that 90kg for a one-rep max on bench press is impressive, given the size of the guy. Personally I'd have been very surprised if it had been higher. Thinking about it I've never actually seen somebody with biceps that small bench press so much. Very impressive indeed.
I'd be very curious to know what sort of results he gets on the Cooper test of physical fitness, i.e. how far he manages to run in 12 minutes. There is a series of tables related to age to interpret the results. I'd imagine that he'd have a very high score.

5% is low but Scott Harrison was 5% when in peak condition. My son sits at around 7%.
