I do not rate Murray very highly and although I do not like Khan in any way at all he is by far the better fighter and would finish Murray with relative ease. Murray may well turn into a decent level operator but he will never be a top class contender.
Without wishing to go over old ground Faisal there is another difference you forgot to mention. Murray was boxing abroad in his last fight and these mexican guys come to fight and are usually far tougher and more awkward opponents than british journeymen. As you are already aware that was also Murray's second fight in only 4 weeks after he put in arguably a career best performance in his previous showing.
In my opinion Khan v Murray would be a more competitive affair than you suggest. Khan didn't even get Lawton out within two rounds.
Nah honestly it could be competitive but it will not happen because Murray has a pulse so will he be thought to be too dangerous to be an opponent for Khan. Khan is going onto to a different level in his career as to where Murray is and Murray needs to start to make an impression both domestically and in Europe before being put in with a real danger. The Fewkes fight looks good. Both young excting prospects. I've seen Fewkes fight live a few times and he is hot, unfortunetly for him he has little power so Murray should be able to catch up with him and stop him.
:huh Khan hadn't fought a 10 rounder until his 10th fight! Up until then they had all been 4/6 round bouts.
