Amir Khan 2010?

As a sadist and wanting to see meaningful fights:

I'd like to see him fight Bradley, Peterson, Maidana and Holt. Campbell would be a decent fight too.

Maybe more of a threat than Salita, but Kotelnik is way and above anything that McCloskey has ever faced

 

Khan already beat "Heartless" Victor in the Ams, and Maidanas chin actually looks just as bad as Khans...he has been down against a man who makes Willie Limond look like George Foreman

 

I actually think Ortiz has got a fairly decent whack. Don't know why you think he's so feather fisted, he's hardly Billy Dip. He's got snap on his punches and despite Maidana getting floored repeatedly, the point is he kept getting up and kept fighting back.

Who's the guy Ortiz stopped in 2? It was a premature stoppage if I remember correctly, but he'd manage to hurt a guy that had never been stopped, and if I remember correctly went the distance with Ricardo Torres.

I'm stumped.....someone help me out, I don't wanna resort to boxrec

 

If you mean Ortiz, then Ortiz, although he lacks heart, has a great punch on him - no doubt.

I agree, Salita was much more of a test than Paulie will ever be :nut

 

He can bang, but he didn't look that great when someone was actually throwing back

 

Don't think Maidanas chin looks as bad as Khan's .See the shots Ortiz was hitting him with and he kept getting back up . Looks alright I think .I think Ortiz has some heart .His face was a mess against Maidana .No offence but if that was Khan's face he'd probably be well out or if it was Ortiz land flush on him .

 

Khan has never been down and in trouble to a man with a 10% KO percentage

Two of the shots that put Maidana down were nothing shots IMO...I don't think that he is the monster that people are making out
