Khan in his last fight vs Prescott had 3% body fat, but now Roach's team are setting Khan around 7% to 8% body fat . They say it will HELP him take a shot better and better for him all round.

He never had 3% bodyfat, wont find bodybuilders at Olympia with bodyfat that low. Regardless, doubt the ***an camp will complain in his biggest fight.

3% body fat is out of order..

Body Builders when they compete, are around 3% body fat. But they don't stay around that percentage for very long, because it is dangerous for their health. Body Builders have died, because they have stayed around.. a low body fat percentage...for too long.

Thats nonsense. There are very few builders who get that low. Not even "The Blade" gets that low and he`s normally around 4-5% at 235 shredded. As for bodybuilders dying thats more crap. I dont know any that have died from abnormally low BF`s as they rehyrdrate immediately after the contest and are only that low for a the duration of the competition that day. It certainly is dangerous and can cause internal organ failure after long periods of severe dehydration but im pretty sure theres been no notable names in BB circles that have died from making weight.

Someone in his camp needs to get a decent pair of Calipers. Il bet my house Amir was NOT 3% for ANY fight. Boxers hardly EVER get that low and its positvely NOT an indication of good conditioning. Matter of fact its hugely counterproductive for a boxer to be that low. There are NO concievable benefits.

His quads are not even cut in that pic, at 3% you would see deep striations everywhere.

If you look at pics of Pacman at superfeather he looked more ripped than Khan so i doubt Khan has extremely low levels of body fat
