No, the problem is Khan is unable to stop that punch from landing...

As soon as anybody start's pressing him, he loses his cool and just fires back without thinking, exactly the same as he does when he's hurt.

I never thought i'd compare Khan to Hearn's but they're similar in that fashion, when they're hurt they fire back instead of covering up.

Khan could have any trainer in the world, and that trainer could drill it into Khan's head, how to defend and how to stay cool when pressured, but Khan will never learn because he alway's goes back to what he know's in his own head, and that's fire back

Well these are the things Hunter has to try and improve if not Khan might as well retire, the idea Khan left Roach is he needs to improve on his defence if he cant then he has problems.

I thought Khan left Roach because "he wanted to be a trainers main focus"

How on earth is Hunter gonna' make Khan #1 when he has a potential p4p number 1

If it's against Matthysse, NASA will have to send a shuttle to Pluto to bring him back

    I agree.

I don't rate Garcia all that highly, but he's got Khan's number.

He's prepared to sit in there and take flurries of punches and wait for the opening.... which WILL come at some stage.

And he punches hard enough to take advantage.

The best bit is, i don't class Garcia as a "huge" puncher, he can hit but he's no powerhouse

I think Maidana hit him with cleaner shots bang on the chin, i think Maidana hits harder than Garcia.

Sometimes the shots you dont see coning hurt you the most plus it hit Khan below the ear on his neck, i was shocked Khan got back up from that watch slowmotion it was like Khan lost all his senses and was switched off mid air.

Hitting him on the neck is actually better, if that shot had of tagged his chin it'd of been game over there and then.

I disagree landing on his neck ****ed his senses, Khan in the 4th round took full on shot clean on the chin for nearly a full round.

He took the shot on the chin in the 4th yeah, but that shot was a straight shot what hit him front on, the shot in the 3rd round was a wide shot what come across him and would of knocked his head sideways, that's a KO punch

Khan's done with boxing, he got stopped back in july, ok he had ramadan and couldn't go back in the gym, but since then he's been going to media events, partying, he's accepted defeat and seems to think his defeat was a fluke? if this was any other serious fighter they would have been back in the gym within days looking at tapes and figuring out whats wrong with their game. Khan for me is done. Guys like darni should stop making excuses each time he's shown up for his limitations

Khan's still stuck in amateur land - where you jump in and land as many scoring punches as possible and jump out again. It doesn't matter if you get hit because you have a shoe on your head.

Until he gets out of this mindset he will never be World class, and given his recent interviews and countless tweets I don't think he ever will learn it. History will bunch him in with the 'could've been' fighters.
