Mayweather wanted a mental edge and was suspicious of Pacman (doesnt mean hes scared or a coward), but he didnt know that Manny Pacquiao will opt out and not undertake the OSDT. Clearly shows on that article Pacquaio saying, "Im not ready for that" (man the reason pacquiao not agreeing to this, could be that he has to stay here in the U.S for the random testing, and wont be able to leave the country to serve hes countryman in the Philippines.)

Both Teams already know, either they will fight later sometime in the future for sure, or NOT at all. Dont listen to the bull**** they feed to the media.

On the spot bro. It's all mental first with Floyd, why he fought JMM? To send signal to Pacman that he schooled the man who gave him 24 rounds hell.

But that mental game failed when Pacman obliterated Hatton and Cotto.

And now its ROIDS, next will be spy on the training camp.

Oh stare down won't work on Pacman he'll deal with them on the ring. Stare down are for divas. :rofl

Idotic post as usual. Shouldn't Pac want a better test for Mosley, since he's a proven cheat?

Urine sure caught Mosley when he was using EPO. :patsch Just shut the **** up.

Based on science - it actually is. Even 14 days is considered fine. If you understand the technical and scientific part of the whole OSDT / PEDs thing you would know this.

I am not too sure but I do know that it was understood that Pac is going to be using 8oz. gloves but I'm not too sure as to what Floyd agreed to. Maybe Nevada made an exception.

OSDT is not the policy of the commission. Want to clean up the sport? Change the commission's policy on drug test.

It would be a PR nightmare if Pacman will ask OSDT against Mosley.

Again Pacman never said no to OSDT, all he wants is a 7 day cut-off plus he adds a daily urine test on the table.

    Straight idiot?

    Try harder.

I believe Mayweather added OSDA as a precautionary measure when he first introduced it. I don't believe he thought it would be the issue that it grew to today. It was the unprofessional way that Pac's camp have handled these negotiations as to why the fight negotiations have gotten to the point that it has gotten to.

When Mayweather first introduced the OSDA rather then laughing and talking all that **** they should have voiced there concerns immediately. Then they would have looked more professional and would have sounded more credible. To much flip flopping and BS was going around though raising ton of suspicion.

    http://www.liverpuncher.com/articles/mayweather-wants-10-oz-gloves-and-154lbs.html

Mayweather did agree to 8ounce gloves vs Pac though. So I am mistaken that he would never use them again.
