i don't care much for the money, unless i'm getting a share. agreed though, i think the potency of this fight was at a high during the second negotiations. if it happened at that time, with floyd and pac coming off wins, it would have been huge. now i think it's somewhat on a downhill what with floyd's inactivity due to legal problems and all. and i think people are starting to lose interest or probably losing hope.

 

Nothing. GB promotes his fights and his company is the co-promoter. See I might be wrong about this but I think Mayweather Promotions may not have some type of license to do the fights alone or some ****. I could be wrong.

I remember when the fight almost got made in march. Mayweather and Pacquiao had agreed to the 50-50 split and I was getting excited. Then I remember Freddie Roach saying that Manny would take any test that Floyd offers. Then Bob Arum said he had to fly to the philippines to get Manny's approval and the fight was basically a done deal. A couple days later I hear on ESPN that the fight was in jeopardy and Manny wouldn't agree to random blood testing till the day of the fight. It wen't south from there and the fight still hasn't happened yet. If the fight doesn't happen next year then people should give up on this fight.

 

Manny has problems with pure boxers. Thats a fact. How do you offset speed and rhythm? With a good jab. How do you take away angles? With your footwork. Floyd has the best foot work in the game and he can match Manny's foot speed. Manny doesn't have a jab to bother Floyd and Floyd will not be there for Manny to land 5 punch combo's and ****. Floyd is smarter than that. I picked Manny to beat Cotto, Margo, Hatton, and Clottey, and Oscar. The reason I picked him to beat Cotto was not bc Cotto was not the same after Margarito but when I watch Cotto vs Margarito I turn the volume off and look at their feet and Cotto is flat footed and he let Marga who is flat footed and slower of feet walk him down. Manny beat COTTO with his feet alone then you add the speed and combo's.

 

if the fight pushes through, it should be in 2011. the wait's a killer agreed, it will be spontaneous combustion with the fans when the fight gets made.

 

When Floyd said he wanted full random testing Roach said no problem. Do whatever they want. You are right. Then for some reason they changed their mind on it and Roach said he was told to shut up.

The problem is that Floyd's court case hasn't even started. It could take a while before Floyd gets back in the ring. Maybe at the end of next year or early 2012.

 

Cmon people if this was really abt osdt, then why hasn't floyd look into fighting someone else? On this board the mayweathers are gods here. If they talk about being the goat, Aside meth, the urge, being there own boss, living in his own castle, osdt, baeting up your childrens mom, it becomes scripture. The maywaethers can't do no wrong here on ESB. Quit blaming pac for floyd not wanting to fight. Pac went else where to fight why hasn't floyd? The answer here is cause pac don't want to do osdt. Then fight someone else, but we don't here anything from floyd and we know why. Cause he doesn't have the urge. But all the pro-floyds keep rambling on abt osdt. They're in denial that their god floyd said that he doesn't have thE urge. They blame the devil pacman for all of his troubles. OSDT is like amen to them. They're waiting for the second coming, but the urge has a deep hold on him.
