well mcloskey is levels above the likes of stefy bull, scott lawton and oisin ***an to say the least, plus, hes having problems with the peterson agreement and his only options realistically before a fight with alexander/bradley (too long to wait for the winner) is a prescott rematch, mccloskey, john murray lol or other lower profile fights.

I don't think McCloskey is a big enough name Stateside to justify a PPV. Would be an interesting fight though. McCloskey needs to push on for a title shot, at nearly 31 he is peaking and needs to make this time count. It is probably too late now for chasing Khan.

 

He should fight another top lightwelter to prove himself before stepping upto to the best lightwelter
