    Exactly right about nutrition. I mean i remember Khan's first S&C coach had Khan like robocop. That was why i give major props to Ariza because he knew to strip all that muscle off cos he was stiff like a corpse.

    TBH I don't think conditioning was a major problem in the McCloskey fight. I think Khan's skill development has plateaued

    After everything Khan was saying about feeling healthier and more natural and better, this really would be a funny decision to crawl back to Ariza now :lol:

    his first S&C coach worked with Rugby players and had Khan doing alot of upperbody work.It was actually Roach that asked Ariza to cut down on the upperbody and work on the legs

    Oh ok. That first guy did some terrible work. Remember him going on about how good Khan's torso looked like that's all that mattered. Poor lad couldn't lean to side let alone box he was stiff!!!

    ariza should tell khan that he will never work with him again especially with what khans family and advisors done

    khan also made some stupid comments also

    seems that he is worried because of his performance vs mcloskey

    ariza should ask khan for triple his wages if khan is serious in bringing him back
