thats what i think too. Maybe cutting down is affectinc his punch resistance and hes just harming himself by staying at 140

Last fight proved this point Khan got KD and rocked by Diaz, yet Khan stood upto Maidana, Zab, Peterson.

very good replies, so do u guys agree that if khan had better punch resistance that he would be very competitive against elite fighters? even more so if he moved up in weight?

The excuse of Khan needing to go to 147 doesn't fly because he is going to be getting hit by even harder punchers on that Glass Jaw and Khan's power is going to be less effective than it already is :rofl

Ariza leg work did work to an extent though he took full blooded shots from Maidana and stayed standing, Not saying he wasn't hurt bad but he stayed on his feet which is more than can be said for others times.

Arizas **** worked fool. Khan never went down under Ariza even after getting hit with brutal shots.
As soon as he left to work with Tabares he got ktfo
Now hunters **** made him.even more worse..

Needs to go back to Ariza

Leg's are a hard things to train...

    You need stamina and agility

The only way to beef legs up and make them look physically bigger is literally doing bodybuilding work - and that doesn't nececasirly mean they are stronger...

Just have to accept what you've got... Marquez, Bradley, Ortiz, Berto.. all Chicken legs.

Good Conditioning and building muscles (neck, legs etc) that can act as a shock absorbent.

Not encouraging, pc. A neck that would support a bridge and mountains for traps won't help ifya get hit on the button. You're either blessed ta have a double thick skull like LaMotta 'n Chuvalo, or you're outta luck

If he jumps about like a kangaroo at 147 after taking a single punch does he need to move to 154 to further enhance his punch resistance?
