Whether im a fan of a certain fighter or not.

You said that Prescott wasn't a top prospect. You were acting like Prescott was just some feather fisted bum or something. When a dude is 19-0 with 17 KOs out of Colombia, that record and KO percentage should raise eyebrows. The guy was obviously a puncher. You don't start out a career like that and not be seen as a good prospect. Khan walked right into a devastating blow and was KTFO. That's true and to many people was funny.

Prescott became somewhat of a journeyman since the Khan fight, but he was a puncher early in his career I don't think there's any doubt about that.

Who was he knocking out and after Khan who did he stop?

A fighter stopping amir Khan doesn't make them a puncher. Khan has a glass jaw.

Styles make fights. Floyd may be able to time Khan, but that don't mean he would be able to stop Khan like Garcia or Canelo did. When was the last time Floyd had a legit knockout? What seems fairly obvious is that Khan was a threat to Floyd to win a decision on him. If Floyd couldn't get Khan out of there, and there's nothing to suggest that a 38 / 39 year old Floyd would have, chances are Khan wins a decision on Floyd. It was a fight that the fans wanted to see last year for #49, instead Floyd fought Berto who was a much easier stylistic matchup for Floyd.

No fighter is perfect. Khan does make amateur mistakes, but that doesn't mean he doesn't fight at a high level. I would say his ring IQ is good not great. But he also throws and lands a lot more punches per round than the average boxer. Khan's style is to out volume you, to go in-and-out, land combos then get out of harms way. That's a tough style to implement that not many boxers are able to do successfully. In using that style, he puts himself in harms way to make entertaining fights.

I said Prescott became somewhat of a journeyman after stopping Khan. Many fighters are big punchers early in their career and then as they get older lose the explosiveness that makes them a big puncher. I didn't say stopping Amir Khan made him a puncher. I said he was 19-0 with 17 KOs when he fought Khan. He had a good record back then and that KO % suggested that the guy can punch.

A banger ie power is the last thing a fighter loses look at Randal bailey , Holt ,mc call I could go on
You really are a silly boy
19 and 0 from Columbia means absolutely nothing he left his shores and became an average fighter
Some of the things your posting are just untrue
You will be rewriting history next that is a firm favorite of his fans

Some of the things you're posting are untrue. Being 19-0 certainly means something, regardless of where or who he was fighting. Having 17 of those be KOs means something. It means you are knocking dudes out and winning. He left his shores and won 4 fights in a row, including knocking out a future star in Amir Khan. Then lost a Split Decision then a UD, then won 3 in a row, then lost a UD to McCloskey, then got stopped for the first time in his career by Mike Alvarado, then won 2 in a row, then got decisioned by Terence Crawford, and has gone 4-4 since.

Most of the guys he's lost to are name and/or top opponents. Like I said, he's become somewhat of a journeyman, but when he fought Khan he was an unknown entity who was clearly seen as a big puncher. I'm not making him out to be a world beater, but he definetly wasn't a bum, I would rate him as an above average journeyman at ths point.

I ain't re-writing nothin, I'm telling you what it is. I ain't making no excuses for Khan, dude got KTFO by Prescott, all I'm saying is Prescott was a big puncher in 2008 and very confident at 19-0 when he fought Khan. He was all wrong for Khan.

As far as your quote that power is the last thing a fighter loses, generally that's true and there are many examples of that, but you need speed to get your punches to the target. Prescott was a guy that once he started losing decisions he lost his aura of invincibity and became more of an average fighter. Surely the level of competition fighting outside of Colombia had a lot to do with that. I see where you're going here, trying to make Prescott seem like an average nobody to fit your view that Khan has a glass chin and any tomato can can knock out Khan easily. I think that's a stretch and Khan rebounded from that loss with a huge winning streak full of quality wins over name opponents. I admitted Prescott become somewhat of a journeyman since the Khan fight, but back in 2008 he made a name for himself as a puncher. By his early career compiling a high KO % and by devastating Khan.

It was not a fight boxing fans wanted to see at all

You see this is what khan and his fans do just lie and make random stuff up

Khan wanted it his family wanted it and his twiiter followers they are not real boxing fans
And you say khan as power in one breath and then the next claimed who as Floyd knocked out honestly , yet you claim not to have an agenda

Yes it was. NO ONE wanted to see Floyd fight Berto and when that fight was announced everybody was bummed because we know Berto was gonna be a sparring session and Khan would give Floyd fits.

We wanted to see Floyd challenged for what may have been his last fight and if Floyd wasn't going to rematch Canelo, then Khan was the highest ranked contender at WW that could have done that. Floyd wanted no part of Khan and that's a fact. Khan would have been a much tougher fight for Floyd than Berto for obvious reasons. Khan vs Floyd was the fight that the fans wanted to see, there's no way around that. Floyd ducked Khan plain and simple, he didn't want none of that, Khan was all wrong for Floyd.

Eastside boxing wanted it. The youtube boxing community wanted it. Literally everyone wanted to see that fight. You’re simply delusional suggesting it was not the fight that fans wanted. When Berto was announced the fans were pissed and many refused to order the PPV.

If Khan didn’t have power, then how did he stop Zab Judah? How did Khan send Maidana down to the canvas in agony in the 1st round? It takes power to do that brainiac!!

I said when was the last time Floyd had a legit knockout? (that wasn’t a sucker punch) Hatton? Damn near a decade ago. Floyd hasn’t been knocking dudes out. I’m stating facts and you’re trying to act like Floyd at 39 years old easily knocks out Khan. It’s fiction. Floyd don’t have the power or the seek-and-destroy attitude of a Canelo to knock a dude out at this point in his career.

The only poll khan won was on Floyd's site which khan begged andtold the media his followers to go cast a vote which they did giving Floyd even more free publicity lol
In every other pole and I mean every maidana won
Berto was sh1t but khan simply did not deserve it , earn it don't beg plead and sit on your are waiting for a charitable donation

Judah lol old Judah and it was a low blow sorry to disappoint

    ??? MAIDANA ???

People wanted to see FLOYD MAIDANA III ?? REALLY? Who wanted to see Floyd fight Maidana a 3rd time? You must be out your damn mind. "The only poll Khan won was on Floyd's site" LMAO Yeah the poll that FLOYD himself asked the fans to vote to see who he wanted to fight and Khan won !! (but no one wanted to see Floyd vs Khan, except Floyd's own poll LOL) OK then, Man you're more delusional than I thought. It was all a conspiracy that Khan's people rigged Floyd's own poll then huh?

You're unraveling here. The fight that the fans wanted to see was Maidana Floyd III rather than Khan?? (the guy who beat Maidana)

most amazing thing is if you YouTube "Amir Khan knockdowns" the video is 8 mins long.....8 MINUTES. Sure there are replays of the knockdowns, so even if that accounts for 2-3 minutes of the video, there are still 5-6 mins of him being dropped
