Amir has no fight now, Kell had no more than a spar tonight so is fresh. Amir wont fight Brook, COs after that its career over, and his team want to milk every penny.

Brook is desperate for a pay day. Look, the guy became world champion but still drives a Maserati on finance and holidays in budget resorts like Teneriefe and Lanzarote. His highest pay day has been £150,000. Khan has been making 10x that since 2008/2009. You can understand why Kell wants a piece as does Eddie. Khan's camp know this. They'll drag it out as long as possible. Khan knows he brings the money and so does Hearn/Brook hence all the baiting. Khan can say 90-10 purse and it'll still be Kell's highest pay day. Not only this but even if Kell beats Khan he isnt suddenly going to become PPV.
Fella, Brook has fought ONE Top 10 contender in the 28 years he has been alive. The rest of his opponents have been bums. Everyone looks great against bums. Lets get some perspective here. On a global scale and in terms of boxing, Brook is irrelevent.
Where do you get Brook's purse from because the figure Hearn publicly quoted for Porter was far higher. Khan should box Brook on 13 June but won't.
Lets see Khans next opponent before criticising. If he fights Bradley, JMM, Cotto, Thurman, Rios or Maidana next , then he is clearly not ducking. The brook fight is always there for him
It's a good point: Khan told Brook he wasn't a name and had to win a title...now he has one and still no fight. Khans holding out for Broner I think.
Khan is ducking Brook, it's plain and simple. People can make all the excuses for Khan but if he thinks the Brook fight is easy then take the fight, get a world title, get the respect of the British fans and earn a load of money.
This is kind of something wrong with boxing imo-- it is big business and because of that it can take ages to sort these things out rather than fighters just getting in the ring with each other, maybe multiple times, and producing the great or at least good fights for us.
The wierd thing is that Brook looks like he is the one in command and winning the verbals but whenever the pair of them are together, Khan makes him look stupid, lispy and dumber than a hairbrush. If the fight is signed, watch them go head to head verbally. Kell will be made to look DUMB.....and for Amir Khan to pull that off is saying something. Neither of them are MENSA.
