Amir Khan eyeing all-British fight with Ricky Hatton

It would be a huge pay day for both guys theres no question about that in financial terms however other than that theres not much to gain . If as i suspect Khan beats Ricky fairly comfortably probably turning him into a bloody ruin before stopping him late on people will just say he's beaten a shot fighter and there will be thousands of Hatton fans that will never forgive him for doing that to their hero.
If on the other hand Ricky decides to really dedicate himself gets himself into great shape and beats Khan people will just say he beat a hype job . Then he'll be faced with fighting younger hungrier guys with less miles on the clock than him and risking his health and at some point he will get another serious beating. Ultimately Ricky was a very good fighter not great one hence the fact he lost to Mayweather and Manny the way he did .
Ricky should stay retired and Khan should fight the other young up and coming guys in his weight class .

why on earth is khan calling out hatton when everybody knows he'll never come back no matter how much times he renews his boxing license. there are plenty of fights at 140 for khan so why don't he stick to trying to fight the best and not calling out hatton
