If you are from outside the uk you will need a uk proxy, steps are...
1. open media player
2. go tools , options then network
3. click on configure and tick the fourth option which is use the following proxy server
4. select a uk proxy from here http://www.xroxy.com/proxylist.php?p...=&reliability=

 

Whats supposed to come up in my media player?It played automatically...some doco on at the moment...is that right?

 

It's an ITV1 stream, which shows all Amir Khan's fights here in the UK

I can tell you that at the moment "Nightwatch with Steve Scott: Emergency" is on

 

OK cool.thats whats showing in my media player.what time will the fight be on and are there any undercard fights on?

 

I'm not a computer wiz but will this affect my entire internet connection or just media player?

 

Khan fight is scheduled to start on ITV1 at 2240 over here. The undercard is being shown on ITV4 from 1930.

Thanks mate. for some reason not working for me. I've added the proxy into my windows media player and opened ITV url but its still not working

Any other tips. I've got broadband cable and a laptop with XP

 

Got it working now although buffering alot

 

sorted now. changed buffer settings and close everything else down. sweet. Just seen dickie davies

Just make sure you use the ITV1 stream I posted earlier for the Khan fight if you are watching the undercard on ITV4
