Amir Khan formally appeals to have Lamont Peterson verdict overturned

No he won't but he should have his ass in the boxing gym right now with someones head in his chess and infighting. Tell GBP to do whatever it takes to get him the rematch and stay in the gym and putting in work. Khan has a long ways to go and he needs to learn how to in-fight, and get his foot work in check too.

Ok agreed yes I see your point. If Khan had not gone as far as appealing and seeing his own weaknesses for what they are, I think he might have gained fans because he always delivers an entertaining fight.

This is just to put pressure on Lamont for the rematch. Because there's a strong possibility that he [Lamont] may be persuaded to pursue another fight (Bradley).

Your right. I havent followed his career from the start. Just olympics and his fights in us and i say from what i see he is very exciting. And i will give him credit for fighting in opponents territory. He fought peterson in dc and mallanagi in ny.

 

Pointless and waste of money/time for Khan/GBP.

 

Seems Khan wants the decision overturned more than proving he is the better man in a rematch. I bet if the decision was overturned he'd drop any supposed plans for a rematch with Peterson. Peterson should counter with telling him to rematch and beat Prescott first before demanding any rematch from him. Peterson has lots of options. Khan continues to screw himself with his own arrogance and egotism.
