Amir Khan: Future Plans Are To Fight The Likes Of Maidana, Bradley And Alexander

Sure they are, how about he worries about beating Paulie Malignaggi first? and didn't he say he was going to fight Mayweather in about a year and a half?

All three would be decent fights. I would keep Bradley for the end.

 

He said he wanted Maidana about 3 months ago, then switched to King of Feather.

 

Somebody give me a call when he decides to face anyone other than a handpicked soft touch.

 

It was decided by his team that Amir Khan first opponent for the US would have to be one that made him look good, because Khan is known to get a rush to the head and just go toe to toe and Maidana is the wrong person to do that with, so its been REPEATEDLY stated that once he gets over his first US fight, he will start fighting Maidana and the others.

 

...Paulie is not a hard hitter but if you think he is a easy opponent that is easily walked over and beaten, then you're officially ESB "****** Of The Day".

Khan will move on to the harder hitters don't you worry, but how about giving the ****ing kid a break, people like you **** me off, the kid was horribly knocked out and ****ing embarrassed, but he came back and is performing well and will once again get in there with somebody that could knock him out.

 

Most of these dicks only want Khan to get into a fight with a puncher so he can get KTFO again, not for boxing reasons but for their personal reasons.

Khan will have to face top fighters if he beats Paulie, and when he beats them, they will move on to something else like, Khan takes PED's like Manny or some ****.

Khan can never win in some people eye's.

 

I'd like to see Khan in with someone like Maidana because I think its an intriguing match-up, not because I want to see him get KO'd.

 

He's stopped doing that under Roach.

 

Wrong, if he takes on a puncher and wins I will be the first to congratulate, I just think he's avoiding them like the plague ATM.

Yeah I think if Khan beats Paulie in a good performance then Khan has to fight other top fighters, he holds a world title for God's sake.

I would love to see Khan face Maidana after Paulie, Khan would run rings around him and box his head off, all Maidana has got for me is a punchers chance.

 

The glassed jawed clown will be knocked out soon enough. That's if he continues to fight ligitimite opponents after Malignaggi. Ha can't hide from the punchers for ever.

 

I know you weren't necessarily aiming it at me, but just pointing out that not everyone who wants to see Khan in with a puncher feels that way because they wanna see Amir get his head knocked off.

And the whole "punchers chance" thing with Maidana, that's what makes it a good fight. You can't say the same thing about Paulie. Even though Paulie is technically superior to Maidana in the pure boxing stakes, his strenghs are pretty much cancelled out by Khan, who also has a power advantage.
