How do you think Khan measures up H2H with the other top current WWs?

    #9 Khan...

    DEFINITELY gets stopped by:

    #1 Manny
-Pacquiao has every conceivable advantage in this fight. There is no way whatsoever that I can see Khan winning.

    #3 Marquez
-How do you beat Khan? Punch with him. We're talking about a guy who found a way to stop PACQUIAO by punching with him...Marquez would send Khan out on a stretcher.

    #5 Maidana
-Maidana is bigger, more confident, and more developed as a fighter now...a guy who is smart enough to trouble Mayweather isn't going to be outboxed by one of the least intelligent fighters in boxing.

    #6 Porter
-I just think he'd get to Khan one way or another and either win rounds by pushing Khan back and limiting his activity to tying up and running, or knock him out with one of those crazy winged punches. Definitely not the kind of fighter to sit on the outside and wait for Khan to pick him apart.

    #7 Thurman
-Seriously though. One time is all it would take. Thurman is not as fast as Khan, but he would definitely hit him at some point and it would be over. Khan would also expend a ton of nervous energy in this fight because he would know the KO threat was there in a big way.

    Could beat:

    Champion Floyd
-Call me crazy but I'm buying into the 'style Floyd hasn't seen before' and speed/height arguments. It's a fight that Khan COULD win.

    #2 Bradley
-I would favor Bradley, but this would be two guys who are known for making the most stupid in-ring decisions possible so who knows. Khan has all the physical advantages in this, but I keep seeing Bradley NAIL people with winging shots that look like they could take down a horse but in reality do nothing and I have to think if those punches could hurt anybody it would be Khan.

    #4 Brook
-Brook is a big guy who can hit and box. Khan should be able to outbox him, but Brook should be able to land at least a few punches, so this is even money imo. Also the best fight for Khan to take (Title, Ranking, Money, Domestic Demand, Mini-Rivalry, Acceptable Risk/High Reward).

    Would definitely beat:

    #8 Guerrero
-How the hell is this joker even ranked. Khan would annihilate him. Alexander might even beat him.

    Already beat:

    #10 Alexander
-Can't remember the last time I enjoyed an Alexander fight. And for a guy with his amateur experience he shows zero in-ring intelligence. He took exactly ONE step to cut off Khan in the entire fight (it was in the 12th round and I think Paulie commented on it).

    Others

    Berto: Easy.

Ortiz: Believe it or not I give Ortiz half a shot. Good puncher, southpaw, bound to get something in. Should be an easy win for Khan but I'd watch this one.

    Soto-Karass: Easy

    Josesito Lopez: Easy

Danny Garcia: Khan would be favored but Danny's entire game is to punch with people. I don't see how Khan goes 12 without getting caught. Seems impossible with their styles.

    Alvarado: Easy

Rios: Easy, don't think he'd ever get close enough to land anything.

Broner: Could be a really good fight. My money is on Khan by height and volume. Broner can't roll fast enough to escape Maidana...it would be comical to watch him try to keep up with Khan's combinations.

Algieri: Everything he can do Khan can do 1000x better, except take punishment, but Algieri isn't much of a punisher.

Peterson: I would favor Khan at 147. I think that the last Peterson was the best version available.

Matthysse: Khan should pick him apart enroute to a dominant win-every-round-except-the-one-where-Matthysse-knocks-him-out type of performance.

Provodnikov: Provodnikov would actually kill Khan. I'm convinced of that.

Can beat any of them and can lose to any of them, besides the ones who can't punch.

I think he's developing but he was definitely underwhelming vs Brook.

His style is tailor made to take advantage of a distance/speed fighter like Khan. Even if Khan had a rock-solid chin, I would pick Porter to beat him based on their styles. With Khan's inability to take a punch and Porter's gigantic size for a welterweight, I really think he'd steamroll Khan. Might take longer than the Paulie fight but I think the ending would be similar.

Depends on what you define as "top" Welterweights, but the short is that as others have said, he can beat some of them and would lose to some. I wouldn't feel comfortable banking on him at all against any quasi top level Welterweights with some pop, length, timing, or the ability to competently pressure fight. However, he tools the low pop boxer-types with his speed and length.

He can beat any WW as long as they have pillow fists and severely lack timing or speed

    would favor over Khan:
    Mayweather
    Pacquiao
    Marquez

close enough to 50/50, 60/40 either way or could change my mind:
    Bradley
    Guerrero
    Brook
    Thurman
    Porter
    Maidana

Not many relevant top guys at 147 that I would be very confident in picking Khan to win although there might be some.

I love JMM but at 147 we saw Floyd keep him at distance with ease.
Would Marquez be able to get close enough to land some bombs - I think Khan has a chance.

Porter an ugly as hell inside fighter who will wing away with anything on the inside. All depends who get to impose their style but I could see him giving Amir fits.

Maidana - To close to call for me - good fight both have improved

Floyd - I think Amirs offensive is too predictable and a straight up orthodox fighter is meat and drink for Floyd despite the speed

Manny _ I don't see Khan winning unless he slows a lot

Broner - would get beaten for every minute of every round - Khan would tear him a new one. Broner likes to use his hand speed and show boat. except Khan is faster, taller and has a great work rate. I want to see this so the little punk can get his hair combed again.

Guerroris good fighter. Strong tuff, good technician not really a puncher at higher weights. Being a lefty isn't really a strength against Khan but Robert is a bit more aggressive than Alexander so could make things interesting.

Bradley - is he on the slide already, strong as ox dirty but I wonder cam he handle Khans height and speed - similar to the porter who imposes there style. He outfoxed Marquez he might be a favourite against Khan but he's taking a lot of punishment in recent fights.

Garcia- this is the fight I want to see - I thought Khan was having his way with Danny in the first but he didn't adjust to the left hooks that were getting through - Under Hunter I think the opportunities are going to become less and that might make life difficult for Garica. Lets not forget Khan got back up and was in the fight its the 2nd KD that undoes him he was starting to get back on a roll after the 1st KD but fought stupid. He's trying to fight smarter.

So Khan isn't going to fight Floyd or Manny next - so who does fight against??

Seems like Maidana has become a skilled fighter overnight. Well, over 2 nights.

Also, Guerrero vs. Khan is totally a 50/50 fight. :!:

Khan should also be a clear favorite over Bradley.
