I think at 140 although facing light hitters and being hurt by the better punchers i don't think he's as glass as he was at 135lbs Jeff. The Maidana shot would of put many down, I think anyone who took that shot would of been hurt by that bar a damn chin beast!. He done extremely well to stay on his feet, I do think the extra weight and shaping off his body has helped a bit.

I think that Left Hook from Swift would of messed any fighters world up, it was a snap/whiplash affect. I don't think his chin is as bad nowadays mate that's all :good. Still poor though for the World Scene he competes in..

what laz is forgetting is the 1st fight, morales took hook after hook all way through that fight, khan took one and was on canal street with 1.
khans chin is ****,it reminds me of benns in a lot of ways, its just that benn had good recupriating(**** spelling) powers superb head moving and was like a cornered beast when hurt and banged like a mule, where khan has no head movement,no punch of any note and is like slobbering baboon when hurt

Down hard against Gomez, Almost Ko'ed against Limmond, Completely sparked out by Prescott, Down 3 times and Ko'ed against Gracia

Fair enough he took good shots againt Maidana, but he was on **** street massivley in the 10th he could of went at any minute.

Khan is a good fighter, his chin and recovery are terrible GET OVER IT

At the end of the day, I'm always surprised at how much people are bothered by if someone has a strong chin or not. In fact, in many cases getting to World level, DESPITE that, is even more commendable.

I think the most telling point is yes it is apparent that Khan is chinny, and even he must know this him self. What is of more concern is that he does not have the boxing sense to change his style to make up for his apparent chinnyness (ala Klitchko, Haye) and is not able to box to a plan.
Gracia really should be made for Khan as i am sure a slick fast handed boxer gives Garcia all night long.

See how Morales' head was clear? And how he was shot to pieces? And how he smacked his head on the bottom rope and still seemed to protest the stoppage?

Laz, I've watched thousands of fights throughout the era's. I'm telling ya' mate I have never seen a top level fighter with a chin as poor as Amir's, not even Rene Arredondo.

Seem like nobody can answer my question..

If Amir Khan has a glass jaw, how did he make it though 30 rounds, thats 90mins in the ring with Maidana, PEDerson(155lbs), Zab Judah???

Note Maidana landed clean power shots on Khan from round 1 watch the fight.
