I agree. He has the tools, Roach has provided him a mold which protected him for a long time post-Prescott, and Khan just refuses to follow it. I don't think a change in trainers is going to help much, but I respect his decision to reevaluate the other things in camp, such as the traveling and time spent on him as the focus.

    Great point. I totally agree.

Khan needs somebody who teaches him some defence and discipline to stick to the agreed upon gameplan. Furthermore he needs somebody who can pretty much focus on him full time and doesn't need to split up his time between several high profile boxers.

Besides that: Khan should hire a conditioning coach to improve his legs. He's still a tall guy with skinny legs and his punch resistance sucks ass. What's even worse is that his legs were all over the place after the first knockdown. I'm 100% sure that his punch resistance will improve once he has build up some proper leg muscles. Once he has them and a trainer who teaches him some defence, he can actually be a top player again. He has the athleticism and the handspeed to be a top contender, now he just needs to find a trainer who can teach him the required changes and can focus on him.

Adam Booth would be the best move imo.
