Khan also said he had zero percent body fat at lightweight. Which for all you gym rats out there know that it is physically impossbile, that is unless you have been dead for a couple of years. But come to think of it , he did say it after the Prescott fight , so who knows???

Pacquiao probably has the best combination of quickness and accuracy in multiple punch outputs.

Amir Khan can have the fastest hands but they don't give him the same results as those 2 other guys. To his credit though, I think he has one of the best jabs in the game right now.

Amir is quite confident in himself but he should stop talking for a little while and just concentrate on producing awesome results in the ring instead... He's a little too high on himself at this point in his young career.

 

I dont think he does to be honest , but Mayweather times his punches way way better and doesnt hit fresh air with his punches.

I can't see how he is effective with that speed though. Moreover, I don't think his hands are as fast as Judah or as accurate as money, or as well linked together as Pac...
He may be the lightest on his feet. Maybe he has the best 40yard dash lol, but I don't think he takes the crown for quickest hands...
