Anyone notice for the first time in his career Khan actually had sucess on the inside? A few times he got tied up against Algeri and normally this would be "huggy time" for Khan based on his last few fights but he actually throw a few short hooks and even uppercuts with sucess. I think if he works on this side of his game it would do him a world of good as currently his inside game was close to none existant. Kudos to Algeri, this fight made me realise he is a lot better than expected and his win against Ruslan was no fluke. I expect to see him beating some pretty good guys in the future. Khan didn't look great but mostly due to the whole world under estimating how good Algeri is. Pac wasn't shot or old against him just two levels above him. For Khan now I would like to see him fight AB at 140lbs at 147 he's too big for AB or I would like to see him fight Garcia at 147 which I think he wins or Bradely which would be a very close fight I think. Floyd won't fight him regardless of what happened on the weekend I don't think FMJ ever planned to fight him. I see him rematching Cotto for his final fight and calling it quits.
No. it's still terrible. The only thing he learned is how to hold slightly better. Although, he's still pretty bad at doing it inconspicuously.
If Khan had a chin he'd probably be ESB's most popular boxer...so silly how these kids hate a dude because he lacks a solid bone structure...that sh*t kinda gay cuz. Keep that away from me.
I think the fact they hate him has nothing to do with his boxing skills tbh it is a lot more to do with his race and religion. I don't have any issues with him in that regard. I like watching him fight as he is always one punch away from the chicken dance and is never in a dull fight.
I don't get why he can't improve his footwork. He always moves like he has no knees which costs him a valuable dimension in his game. Then again I'm no expert but it is how it looks.
