    Referee Joe Cooper, Virginia:

Skinny: "You know, he probably would have worked a lot more fights, and he's been refereeing a long time, but he hasn't worked a lot of fights because there's not a lot of big boxing around here. He works mostly in Washington, D.C., and Virginia. He lives in Virginia.

"People that have seen him like him a lot so I'm sure that he'll do a good job. He's probably one of the more experienced guys that they have down here. If they're going to use a local, then Joe Cooper is fine with me."

    Judge Valerie Dorsett, North Carolina:

Skinny: "Brilliant woman. She's from Charlotte, North Carolina. She's got God knows how many masters' degrees. She's the chief attorney for transportation and safety administration for the states of North Carolina and South Carolina, and before she worked for the TSA, she worked for the federal aviation administration.

"So she's been with the federal government for a long time. She's so experienced boxing, though, that at one time, she was the state athletic comission chairman for the state of Georgia. So she's got a ton of experience. She's a good, IBF judge."

    Judge George Hill, New Jersey:

Skinny: "He's been around since around 1989, and he's a former sparring partner for Bennie Briscoe. Now that takes a lot of guts. He's a good judge. He judges a lot in Philadelphia, and I believe he lives in Philadelphia.

"He's a real veteran in sections of Philadelphia. He's from the old Georgie Benton school of boxing, and a typical Philadelphia left-hooker. A helluva judge and a nice man. He's a very old school judge and I like him a lot."

    Judge Nelson Vazquez, Puerto Rico:

Skinny: "Nelson Vazquez, in all honesty is one of the most experienced judges in the entire world. He's very good. He works mostly for the WBO, but he's worked previous fights for the IBF -- a lot of them.

"Last week, he worked on one of the undercards on the Miguel Cotto-Antonio Margarito in New York. Very, very experienced judge. He's judged a long, long time, since the 1980s."

CONTINUATION OF AMIR'S ARGUMENT ON TWITTER

watch the fight from 9.10 seconds of this video https://t.co/Ajs9tJk5 ther is a guy wearing a grey suit with a blue shirt wearing a hat
Sat on the main judges panel at the front on the right hand side 3rd to the end http://t.co/u5Aq2pbF

http://lockerz.com/s/171785402 No1 knows who this guy is and he is now bieng asked to move by Michael Walsh wearing the red tie who is the main supervisor for the wba as he should be sat there

He now gets a chair and sits slightly infront of @OscarDeLaHoya and my father.. http://t.co/xcOyihBO

At the beginning of round 2 he manages to squeeze in at the front again sat next to Michael Walsh http://t.co/gxkw1dWh

Now the IBF and the WBA have still not confirmed who this guy is till this date and what he was doing there.. Now the interesting part

I watched the whole fight again this time just concentrating on this guy wearing the hat, thanks to allot of friends and boxing experts who pointed this out to me

Now this guy doesn't do anything apart from watching the fight but that's only until round 6 when he starts to interfere!

From round 6 all the way through to round 12 this guy starts to interfere with what Michael Walsh is doing and they are both not watching the fight, watch the video and have a look for yourself

http://lockerz.com/s/171788582 This is what I meant on how he was interfeering, as no one is allowed according to the rules to touch hold the scorescards or even talk to the judges n commision during the fight

There are 3 judges in a fight n all have different colour slips, n at the end of evry round thy get passed on to the wba ibf n dc commision

lockerz.com/s/171789411 This pic shows here in round 6 the guy wearing the hat clearing picks up one of the judges white slips n if you watch the video slides it down and towards him

Another pic of the guy wearing the hat interfering different camera angle http://t.co/Qnvy4MW6

http://lockerz.com/s/171792173 And this guy doese it again at the beginning of round 7, n carries on throughout all the way to the end of the fight wtf?

http://lockerz.com/s/171792499 Again in round 8 and round 9, cleary not watching the fight at all and not allowing Michael Walsh to watch too

    This content is protected

This time in round 11 he's seen here clearly picking up a yellow judges slip.. Strictly againts the rules http://t.co/NyWf5g4M

I've read in some articles and people have also told me that after the fight Michael Walsh the guy in the red tie apparently said his score cards didn't match up to the others, it wasn't fair and he looked really scared and he was told to butt out and there was nothing he could do.. Since then no one has heard from him

I want Michael Walsh to come out and speak out about what was going on, its only right and fair to do so

http://lockerz.com/s/171795917 Heres a Close up pic The question is.. Who is this guy? And what was he doing? I'm sure someone out there knows

In another thread we're taking the **** out of Khan for this mysterious guy with a hat:)lol:), but in all seriousness, it is a wee bit dodgy for him to talk to the judge midway through the rounds, picking up his scorecard and discussing it with him :rofl.

I shouldn't be laughing at the thought of it, but, it's pretty funny . Some pimp in a hat from Washington plots Khan's downfall right infront of his old man and promoter. :rofl

Those aren't the official judges, are they? Look at the names.

Besides, that crossing out is legit, I think. He accidently gave the round in which Khan was deducted a point,

to Khan. He corrected it to give it to Peterson.

    Yeah, read it.

My mistake, though. The mysterious hat-man isn't disturbing the judge. He's bugging the WBA judge supervisor, instead. Not sure how bad that is. Are supervisors supposed to be left alone and not interferred with?

This clears alot up in terms of the scorecards

    http://www.fightnews.com/Boxing/schaefer-describes-worst-home-cooking-ive-ever-seen-104813

    Read the middle paragraphs

And i'd assume they should be left alone. Common sense?

His last tweet on #128 made me LOL
