The thing is, we are seeing too much incompetent officiating in boxing, so it was worth making a big deal of imo.

Depends I guess, "that" judge will say he scored each round consistently for aggression.

Possibly. I own both fights on DVD, have only watched them the once though. To me, Diaz was quite ineffective in both.

I only saw both fights on the night. I had Paulie winning both fights but the first fight with Diaz coming forward and at home was the perfect recipe for a dodgy decision.

too much was made of the 'dodgy' decision because of van hoy's ridiculous score card, imo diaz rightly won the first fight, mallignaggi the second.the first fight was a great fight to watch.

Van Hoy's scorecard was a blessing in disguise for Paulie. The first fight was close, Paulie definitely won the 2nd and cleared up any doubts.

Even your point is very debatable anyway. Up till now Khan has faced no-one near world class (except for heavily faded Barrera) and now he has made the step he is facing a guy who cant punch, a style made for him. Up till now Khans quality of opponent has been **** basically.

And you have the tenacity to call Gaz a facetious *****. Re read your posts and the unnecessary aggression and sarcasm in nearly every post.

He has quicker hands than Hatton, but Hatton in his prime has more on him in every other department.
