Reid had excellent hand speed and athletic atributes but had no chin.

Khan is the same, I think Khan will win a world title because Frank Warren will manouvre him choosing the right matches vs non punchers.

Frank is great at risk reward management...look at Calzaghes Career and Hattons before he left Warren.

If Amir gets the WBO title, hell make at least 10+ defences.

Probably fight his divisions Mario Veit twice and a few other no hopers.

I completely agree................................. he did remind me a long time ago.. purely because he is like a nearly man, great talent but not got that finishing touch of world class....

Reid was a much better talent. The reason why he ****ed up was because he was moved way to quickly and career injuries. Reid went 12 rounds with a prime Tito in about he's 15th or so fight. He's isnt chin half as bad as Khans.

I disagree. He's only 22 and already beat his past-it ATG in MAB, 6 months after his stunning KO loss. Rebounded well and made this risky fight look easy. Do not forget 66 people out of 100 picked him to lose. That's a sign Warren is looking for big fights. It's logical: given his chin, every opponent is a risk, and Warred would rather see him lose on the biggest stage than vs. a noname. Therefore Khan is 'forced' to do big fights.

He's already suffered the worst possible loss and came back strong, I just don't see 2 or even 3 more losses making him quit. Reid was pretty much done after Tito. Khan is just getting warmed up.

David Reid went the distance with Felix Trinidad, one of the most feared punchers in history, while Trinidad was in his prime.

Khan couldn't even last 60 seconds against some Colombian lightweight with a padded record.

i do feel sorry for khan has all the talent neccessary to make it to the very top but with his chin i cant see a way of him making it as a major p4p boxer
its a real shame as its something he has no control over

juan manuel marquez but the rumours are going around that hes going to vacate in order to move up and chase a fight with pac

thus leaving the wbo belt open, which warren has in his back pocket therefore amir gets a shot against an unworthy opponont and wins the title

Khan was silly to take this route with MAB, what he should be doing is spending a year or two working seriously on his defense, as wlad did after his loss to sanders,,Next top level guy he fights with a punch will hurt him, if he dosn't work on his defense,,,roach to me is not the coach he should have, he should of picked manny steward or vitali coach fritz, he good at building defense, wlad was sound before his sanders fight, he just over-looked sanders,,,,,,but a diffrent angle on defense did not hurt from stewert,,,,
