This fight doesn't suggest to me he is indeed ready for the big boys. I still wouldn't put him anywhere near Maidana or Bradley yet.

 

Another bad style for cheese chinned khan. Salita was a pefrect
opponent for khan. A straight up boxer. Anyone who thought salita had a chance doesn't know boxing.

 

Not a real challenge, reckon Khan would bash him. It all depends on whether Khan's people are prepared for him to face a real challenge, it looks like hes ready to step up. Hes too good for Maidana.

Marquez would school Khan. Terrible style match up and there's no way in hell Roach would allow it to happen. On the other hand, I see Khan beating Maidana quite easily. Ortiz fought a stupid fight against Maidana. Khan will be on his bike all night and keep him at range with his exellent jab.

 

Why did the referee stopped the fight so soon? Salita doesn't seem to be in trouble.

Eerily similar to Pac-Marquez fight except the referee let the fight continue.

Maidana would actually be perfect. Someone he can comfortably outbox if he fights smart, but who would knock him the **** out if he gets careless. At some point, he needs to prove that he can fight a puncher and not get knocked out. Considering Maidana holds the interim belt, I think that's a perfect fight.
