I can see your point. That's right. It didn't happened at the Olympics. I guess it probably could've happened at the Junior World Championships? If it happened at all since we have no proof of it as of now.
They claim it happened at the Junior Olympic Games in Louisiana in 2003; except I can't find any record of any such event. :huh
