it is true that one fight can be a lightyear in a fighter's career and i think it's naaive of anyone to see amir khan as a genuine contender just because he beat a faded barrera.

warren would never have put him in the ring with barrera while barrera was still active - it was a 'manwhore' gesture because khan got starched previously.

 

frank warren's cash cow is kahn.....thats why they are milking him dry, why do thin kwarren and now kahn is taking all this **** about ricky...

first they talked **** about kotelnik before the fight was announced now ricky....warren, and kahn are talking **** about hatton because they think he is beatable for kahn......and can make everybody some money.....it will back fire, and ricky will drop him cold.

 

Khan will not last much longer, if not this fight he will soon get exposed again and then its back to Bolton selling insurance to old people.

I used to like Khan but over his career i've lost so much respect. Firstly claiming he was the next best british prospect when he had not proven anything and still hasn't. Secondly calling Hatton out after he got his ass whooped is down right disrespectful. Also not trying to get that Prescott rematch shows his lack of balls and willingness to prove himself. The fraud also said he would like to get it on with Mayweather down the line? This guy is in a world of his own...who has he actually beat?

its a shot in the arm for khan's career but i doubt there aremany people who genuinely think that he's a different fighter because of it.

I havent said Khan will beat Kotelnik but I have said many times I will not write a 22 year old with fast hands off like you have.

Maybe you have an issue with his ethnic origin as the hatred and aggression you have for him is bordering on unhealthy.

 

Who`s hailing him as the next Sugar Ray? I havent seen any evidence of that on this forum nor the British section.I can see that some people like him and want him to do well and people like yourself have a very unhealthy hatred for him............Is it a race thing?

Im half irish and have family who live not far from you and know only too well the sort of pain and needless hatred that has gone on over there for longer than i care to imagine.
And careless statements like that do nothing for the piece process.
