    "When [Golden Boy CEO] Oscar [De La Hoya] called me I couldn’t say no. Maybe I’m too brave for my own good. Mayweather was being a p***y and wouldn’t fight me so I said cool, let’s do it. It was a mismatch on paper. To be leading in the fight was amazing really. I earned his respect.

    "Yes I got knocked out but he is one of the best Mexican fighters of all time. I weighed in on the night at 158 pounds, he was 187. It was crazy. At the weigh-in he didn’t seem that big but when I saw him in the corner I was thinking what am I doing here? He had his back to me. It was huge.”

    At the weigh-in he didn’t seem that big but when I saw it in the corner I was thinking what am I doing here? He had his back to me. It was huge, I could see it dangling between his legs.

    Wait, so are we saying that Oscar WANTED Canelo to fight Amir Khan? Talk about cherrypicking.

    Never mind Mayweather, what about Canelo who was clearly ducking GGG and CHOSE to fight a guy 2 weight divisions below him? That is comical.

    You know how Canelo imposes rehydration clauses on all his opponents...

    Well, Canelo team approached Amir Khan asking for this fight without Khan ever mentioning Canelo and when Khan asked for a rehydration clause, probably on the basis that Canelo is much bigger than Khan as is and on the basis that Canelo asked Khan to move up 2 whole weight classes for the fight at 160....

    Canelo refused and said no rehydration clause...

    Imagine being such a vagina that you refuse a glass jaw that request...

    Aww poor Amir Khan who decided to take all safe fights at WW by fighting only 1 top 10 WW in Devon Alexander in 3 years while hoping Floyd or Manny call his name. Keith Thurman, Shawn Porter and Kell Brook all wanted to fight him but he decided that they wasn’t on his level.

    Not to sure, his speed combinations would have made Floyd in for an uncomfortable night, but no doubt Floyds check hook would put a stop to those . Floyd by KO in middle rounds...but not an easy job at all...

    He does rehydrate a lot. Not all boxers hydrate this much, some don't even add more than a pound or two after stepping on the scales, but a few boxers do rehydrate a crazy amount and end up being 2 weight classes above or even more.
