If Khan wins against Maidana or even if he looses, He must fight Zab Judah before going for the winner of Alexander/Bradley, If Richard Schaefer is talking about Khan -V- Mayweather, Then Khan has no business fighting Mayweather if he cant beat Judah or if he ducks Judah.

Khan wants big names, Judah is a huge name, Judah even called Khan out for his WBA title. It would be a great fight to watch with great speed and greath athleticism, Khan being younger, Judah being more experienced southpaw.

This is the fight everyone wants to see, Khan gets the chance to have Judah on his record and Judah gets a shot at his title, Its a great cross roads fight and Khan could never have landed a Judah fight with Warren, With Goldenboy and HBO its a different story. The only problem involved with making such a fight is the politics.

Zab beat an argentinian slugger called Matheysse, If Khan beats the other aregentinian slugger called Maidana, Then they must meet before any talk of unifying titles or fighting mayweather.

It's a non starter, I am sure he is not even on khans radar right now, so I won't vote on the poll, as it won't happen. Khan had his crossroads fight against paulie, end of story

"They must meet"? Why must they. This isn't 2006 and If Khan was going to fight Judah it would of been the May 2010 bout for his US opener. It will not happen now unless Khan loses.

Maidana -> Bradley -> Mayweather is the road they are going for. Judah is not a contender.

Thats not the point. The point is sometimes boxing is about business as well as fighting the best opposition, Khans about to take on one fighter within that opposition in December but what harm will it be (if he gets through Maidana) to put a big name on the record in a potential sell out event? (As they were planning with Marquez, who i actually believe would have knocked out Khan) Zabs a big name with a good style but is only good for 6 rounds, Khan would work his way to a 10-11th round stoppage similar to Paulie i believe.

Timing is the main reason nobody else is going to get a look in, the investment they are making in the concept of it being a 140 tournament and HBO-GBP want the 140 unification bout to take place in mid-late spring.

It would be good business. But easy win for Khan at this stage.

The only reason why rainman wants judah-khan is because judah looked **** this morning and theres a possibility of khan beating him, if judah KTFO out of this argentine i'm pretty sure this thread would not exist, Rain Man is a khan fan boy plain and simple, he wants khan-judah because he thinks judahs done and he would be ''a big name'' on khans record. there is no other possible explanation

It's a pointless fight that only gains credibility for khan if he loses to maidana

Avi, How exactly did Khan get a crossroads fight against Paulie? If you said Barrera I would have agreed but Paulie was coming off a convincing win over Juan Diaz, Malignaggi was only 29, Far from an old man.

Zabs record has alot more fights, Alot more wins and not that much more losses, Zab is a much bigger test for Khan than Malignaggi, Malignaggi cant punch, Zab has power in both hands with great speed.

Khan wants to have his next fight in the UK and he said he wants to bring big fights back to the UK, If Amir Khan -V- Zab Judah was to be held with a decent undercard at Birningham at the LG Arena where Frank Warren hosted his Magnificient 7 card I think the tickets would be sold out almost instantly since Birningham has a massive Asian community.

SO in short if Khan was to bring Judah to the UK in a homecoming fight, Instead of fighting someone ala Gavin Rees, Paul McCloskey domestic who are unknowns and will do nothing for Khans legacy.

Thats exactly what im trying to say, If Khan was bring Judah to the UK in a homecoming fight it would be a big name and Zab Judah not fought in the UK since he beat Junior Witter.

Make Zab Judah -V- Amir Khan in the UK, Infact perhaps even a small football stadium like Bolton wonderers could be filled out. Its a great fight that will get the entire country talking. No one know nor is interested in Paul McCloskey, John Murray et al, If Khan fought them it would be like Khan -V- Salita all over again. A 1 round fight, With Zab you get the what if factor, What if Zab catches Khan with a left uppercut?
