Amir Khan needs to get himself out of boxing for the sake of his own health

He seems to have lost the offensive combs he used to put together against judah, malignaggi while under roach.... And in turn has become a sitting duck under his new trainer.

I can see he wants him to be more choicey with his punches, but the thing is he still gets tagged. The nly positive i saw was he ran and held when hurt, whereas previously he would have gone for a tot to toe tear up.

If he steps up to matthysse and co, it will be bedtime for hm. And if he goes to 147 he could be risking his life and career if he gets smashed by a real big puncher. A guy like diaz landing a 3 punch combo full on is one thing, when you have real puncher landing with that ease, it goodnight

 

there's now a blueprint for beating khan, and his main asset- the blisteringly fast combination punching with which he completely overwhelmed opponents- is now compromised under hunter. the gravy train will roll on but I dont think he'll beat a legitimately world class fighter again.

Honestly though he is very good as an offensive boxer.
He should go back to Roach, at least he was focused on being offensive and FAST (Something he's lacking in his last 2 fights with Hunter).
Like Virgil is trying to change him, but that isnt good for someone with a china chin and cloud fists.
When he was focused on being fast and offensive, he didnt gave space nor time for his opponents to think. He actually had a good strategy back then.
