god that show is awful. It's so ****ing bad when interviewers go down the generic OH YOU'RE A TOUGH BOXER I BET YOU COULD BEAT ME UP I'M FAT AND OUT OF SHAPE HUR HUR HUR HAR DE ****ING HAR That's why I liked Parky, wasn't a ****ing ****** during the interview like Leno or Lopez would be or is. Or Jonathan Ross, the worst of the ****ing worst right there.
Parky was a serious interviewer, the other ones you mentioned are there to have light hearted banter. It's kind of unfair to compare them. I think Wossy is the best at what he does. Letterman is the worst, gains absolutely no rapport with his interviewee at all. Back on topic, this is great exposure for Amir. I don't think a brown muslim will ever be a superstar these days in the U.S but he can become a pretty big name.
I hope Khan doesn't say anything stupid. It's too soon for the American's to find out he's as dumb as a stump.
I just feel it's really ****ing diminishing to hear their awful banter. It's the same with anyone who comes on the show, I feel so embarassed for them when they try to joke about something they don't have a ****ing clue about or go on about oh this book you wrote is brilliant when it's blatantly obvious they haven't turned a page of it. I miss interviews, not failed comedians asking ******ed questions whilst 4 gay blokes sit on a piano in the background. It's not on.
^This. Khan is incredibly uncharismatic, he really is dull as dog****. Also frequently mumbles, misplaces his words, and is nearly unbearable to listen to. Nice guy, but doesn't really have the presence or charisma to carry off TV appearances and look good.
You don't have to be a rocket scientist for people to like you. Mayweather and Tyson aren't the sharpest tools in the shed and they haven't done half bad.
Tyson, by boxing standards, was very eloquent, I wouldn't say he was stupid by any stretch, though his voice may have sounded comical, he certainly wasn't thick. The important question is Khan or Tyson p4p who's smarterer :think
That's just the way chat shows are gone these days. Keep it light, easily digestable entertainment because the majority of the ****tarded ADD modern audience would switch over otherwise.
Tyson is certainly more charismatic. Although he has said his fair share of stupid things. In the Tyson movie he says he "began performing fellaccio" on a girl.
