That Saj fella better watch what he says because he could get Amir into bad situations. Back in the 90's a fighter called Paul Vaden had a friend who always talked trash for him and said some nasty stuff about Terry Norris' girl....Norris proceded to step away from attacks to prolong the punishment.

guys like saj and leonard ellerbe really need to stfu, saj hasn't got to the ellerbe level yet but he's slowly creeping up.

when ellerbe got in between the floyd-shane staredown and started talking **** to shane then to brother nazim i was hoping one of nazims sons/nephews or that crazy muslim bodyguard of mosley knocked him out cold!

    1. Sky dont need Khan. Khan has never been a PPV draw and it was absurd for Khan promotions to think a fight v Mckloskey would do major numbers. Yes the Maidana fight was a blinder but ffs it was on at 4am and many people never saw it. Khan is not box office and I doubt he ever will be. Not everyone can be.

    2. I wouldnt be shocked if Sky were not keen on Khan v Bradley. The Bradley v Alexander fight was a shocker and Sky may not be keen on Bradley's style. They would probably pick it up but PPV? No way. Sky would much rather have Maidana ko Morales tonight and have Khan v Maidana 2 as a PPV.

    3. Amir Khan v Mckloskey being on SS3 is not a good look. Also going head to head with Prem football highlights and the biggest game in Europe (Barca v Real). I know what I will be watching live and it wont be Amir Khan's fight.

I really dont see how Sky can be blamed for this. Khan wants the PPV revenue without realising his not a PPV star. He may look at what Haye is earning from Sky Box office and what Hatton earned but they are 'stars', Khan is not. Calzaghe wasnt a star either, just the way it is.

Warren must be laughing. Khan V Mckloskey in a world title fight gets canned from PPV while he has his own ppv next month in a domestic british fight betwen De Gale and Groves. De Gale is the next star for Sky TV.

How anyone can say Khan should tell Sky where to go is beyond me. Where else is Khan going to go? Nobody else will pay him the money he wants.

Khan vs Bradley will be on PPV. It's a big unification fight that SKY could sell. Even if Sky said "No, we want a Maidana rematch" it wouldn't matter, because HBO are big players in comparison and they want Bradley.

Oh I have no doubt it will happen and be on PPV. But unification or not that fight at 4am will do no more than 100,000 buys Sky Box Office.

A lot of plastic boxing fans on here lately, claiming they will forsake a 'World Title' fight to watch some Spanish football game. Disgraceful.

lol I apologise for being entertained by things other than boxing.

I think Sky would love a prescott fight as well. Its an easy sell that one.

With this fight now not being on PPV we still gonna get that Behind the Ropes programme? Thats a waste of money for Sky now being it cant be used an 1 hour promo to drum up PPV buys.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. That would be the nail in the coffin for Khan ever hoping to be a 'star'. About 50 people watch that channel dont they?

Very strange if the fight is on SS3 for Sky to remove all articles about the fight from the website?
