looks like sky are now going for berto vs ortiz which is a far better fight.

khan made a mistake messing with sky like this, they've invested alot of time in him and he is showing a lack of loyalty. sky are the only t.v station who can give khan the money he wants, so now if they turn down bradley vs khan then he has lost himself millions.

I agree Khan is far too big for his boots for him to be worth Skys time and money at the moment for what he is actually worth he brings little value to Sky in the short term he has the potential to be built into a massive star but if Khan doesnt want to play ball then its no problem for Sky to drop him from what i can see.

PPV stars and more profitable ones will emerge one way or other Degale is probably the most obvious he has more potential than Groves as a big draw i feel. Lets see what the next Olympics brings. The stars are out there in British boxing imo lots of potential.

    Well pleased about that!!

Its no way a guarantee that Sky will want Khan v Bradley. On paper it looks like a big unification fight but I wouldnt be surprised if Sky told Khan to find a deal elsewhere and watch him struggle. There are no crazy idiots like those at setanta anymore who spend money they dont have.

Riling peope up isn't always a bad tactic for getting PPV buys though. Mayweather, a defensive, safety orientated fighter has managed to make himself one of the biggest PPV attraction ever through just that means. People may just buy to see Degale lose, as long as he can keep himself in the public eye, through whatever means it should mean he gets decent buy rates.

Khan will be back on Sky at some point but it doesn't look like he can become the crossover star that a Haye or Hatton managed, not at this stage anyway. I suspect after this fight he'll pretty much forgot the UK market and stay stateside.

Wonder if Sky now pay for Hopkins - Pascall, somebody on here was saying that they claimed they couldn't afford it.

To be honest, I don't care about it being on Primetime. I was just looking forward to the countdown shows and the behind the scenes stuff.

    ****s sake.

    Primetime PPV. What a joke.

So sky wasted money on 'behind the ropes'. Have wasted there time plugging the fight and Khan has decided to air his fight on a small time PPV channel. Laughable!!
