This **** thing with Primetime is that you have to register with them first and give your Sky card details and stuff. Not like SBO where you just buy it using your remote.

This is going to bomb. Bet SSN won't even acknowledge the fight now

Maybe not but as far as Sky are concerned they found a solution which was SS3. Khan decided to walk away from that. Thats nothing to do with Hatton promotions.

I've been waiting till it's all over and done with before commenting.

It's hard to overstate how much damage this has caused. The whole thing is a prime example of what happens when amateurs play boxing promoter. Khan promotions have failed in their responsibilities for the event, and instead of accepting this, have instead blamed others.

Screwing around opponents, trainers, promoters, conditioning agents is one thing... what you do not do, especially in UK boxing, is screw around with the broadcaster. They have pissed off a lot of the wrong people this last few days.

So, am I right in thinking that when Bradley-Khan comes along it won't be on Sky?

Marginally higher...so they're just trying to make a point. There's probably a time and a place for that and it isn't by screwing over one of your main pay masters in public. I wonder if they've burnt their bridges...and if they realise...or care.

I think Sky will tell Khan where to go. I just cant see how they can be happy with this. They should be fuming!!

The money primetime must be offereing will be a minimal increase from what sky were offering so for Khan to walk away from sky tv is madness.

I cant believe Pacman v Hatton only did 300,000 buys. How can PBF v Hatton do 1 mil buys but the Pacquiao fight do so much less? I do remember Hatton & Pacman being v friendly towards each other but there was real heat between PBF and Hatton. So many people wanted to see Mayweather get knocked out. Just another example of Mayweather being able to sell a fight.

I don't know, I just cant envisage Primetime showing Bradley-Khan, or Premier Sports. In all likelihood that's where it'll end up, just doesn't sound right.

Khan-Bradley is a big fight for us but like like Bradley-Alexander it's not a big event. Bradley's not the type that sells PPVs but I don't think Khan will be too bothered about UK tv for that one - HBO will put up a massive fee.

There's also the fact that nobody actually knows what the **** ppvs sell. Unlike in America where the companies have to declare or journalists can produce estimates by talking to the cable companies, all we get are leaks to journalists. I remember being stunned in the run up to Haye-Harrison to read an article that put the Valeuv fight numbrs as low as 400,000 - I was like wait a minute everybody had accepted 800,000 as fact.
